Lovely words. The province of my birthplace and raising has the trillium as its provincial flower. They grew in great abundance through the wooded lands surrounding our home. This brings back very fond memories.

I once edited a magazine called Wisconsin Trillium, Betty, a long, long time ago. I would have been proud to have had this poem as its signature.
