And the Great Divine said,
Let there be a prism
that I may spread my light
of seven colors
into the nothingness
octave after octave,
realm upon realm,
being unto being.
Then give to them
free will
that each may choose
to search the path
for the prism within –
the sacred gateway
that bends them back
into their source,
the pure white light of Home.

Getting close, dealing with the last details is a little frustrating. Hopefully next week if this retrograde Mercury influence passes … Thanks for asking.

Ah, Mercury in retrograde! That explains a lot of things going on here too. 🙂 All the best to you, I hope things smooth out in your move. It’s always hectic – especially those “little” details that always surface.

Yes, I suspected you might, Ben. 🙂
(I don’t often post poems of this nature, as spirituality is such a personal subject for me. There are many who won’t understand the symbolism, so I’m most thankful for those like you, who do.)

I also like the way it works in the personal relational arena as well as in the sublime spiritual arena.

This is lovely Betty. I like “And the Great Divine” – seems to make this more universal. That’s how it speaks to me. And free will! What a responsibility!!
Love and hugs xx

Christine, thank you so much – I’m glad it spoke to you. Universal is just what I was going for. And prisms are a deeply spiritual symbol to me, as you might guess. 🙂
